24V 20A DIN Rail Battery Charger

Those requiring just a system for recharging and maintaining lead batteries charged which does not provide a complex power supply recharging system with back-up modulus, will find the CB series a reliable, state-of-the-art solution. This range is used for the same applications as the “CBI – All in One” range, yet solely for recharging.

One device for all battery types

All devices are suitable to charge most battery types thank to user selectable charging curves. They can charge open lead acid, sealed lead acid, lead Gel Ni-Cd and Li-Ion. It is possible to change or add other charging curves connecting the device to a portable PC.

Multi-Stage charging – Four charging modes

Automatic multi-stage operation and real time diagnostic allow fast recharge and recovery of deeply discharged batteries, adding value and reliability to the system hosting the Battery Charger device. The type of charging is Voltages stabilized and Current stabilized IUoU. Battery Charger feature four charging modes, identified by a flashing code on a LED.

    • Recovery ( able to recharge batteries even when their voltage is close to zero)
    • Boost
    • Absorption
    • Float

Adjustable Charging Current

The maximum battery charging current can be set from 10% to 100% of the device rated value.

Temperature Compensation

Temperature sensor Probe, for ambient temperature compensation charging. With this it is possible to active the specifications of the EN54-4 fire norm. By connecting to Auxiliary Output AUX1 the cable RJTEMP (supplied separately), the CB will vary the voltage of battery charging depending on the temperature.
