High Isolation DC-DC Converter for Railway Applications

RHK06W provides 6W of output power, with 3000VAC reinforced insulation and up to 90% conversion efficiency. 36-160VDC input voltage, covering 72V, 96V and 110V systems of railway power supply.

In order to achieve high insulation, the entire power module is covered with engineering plastics with high dielectric strength and high thermal conductivity to solve the insulation problem of the input or output to the shell. Compact design DIP24 (3-10 watts) and 2”x1” (40 watts), both built-in EMI filters to suppress electromagnetic interference , simplify the design of the power supply and reduce the PCB space, meeting IEC/EN 55032 Class A And EMI requirements such as EN 50121-3-2.

These series pass IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, EN 50155 and EN 45545-2, and comply with EN 61373 and MIL- ST D-810F vibration and shock related specifications, up to 5000m altitude environment, -40℃ to +105℃ The ambient working temperature, and the reinforced insulation with 4.5mm space distance and creepage distance are suitable for transportation and harsh occasions such as railways that require high safety.
